About Karlson Studio
Thank you for visiting my website and viewing a bit of my portfolio. I started in printmaking & oil paintings over 25 years ago. I then gravitated to wood carving figures which led to combining all of these mediums to create three dimensional paintings.
The process involves wood carving or clay modeling the final artist drawing. The sculpture is then transformed into concrete. The final phase includes coloring the piece with acid stain and applying a sealer which results in a very unique durable fine art sculpture/painting.
The pieces I create are sculpted from my own original designs. My online store is always open for browsing and purchasing original Karlson Studio designs.
